Booking Policy
We ask that all new clients to fill out a consultation form that is emailed to you, prior to their appointment to ensure their treatment runs on time. If for some reason, you cannot fill this in, we request you arrive 10 minutes earlier before your appointment.

In the unfortunate event, If you are late for your appointment, please contact us to let us know. Your treatment may need to be cut down to ensure our next client’s appointment is on time.
​
All appointments will be required to make an upfront payment of 50% of the service cost (Booking Fee) in order to secure the booking. Booking fees are redeemable against your treatment.
​
If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required and your booking fee can be carried over to your next scheduled appointment or refunded if necessary.
​
No shows, late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing your booking fee.
​
If your appointments are prepaid, you will be forfeited one session of your prepaid program if less than 24 hours notice is given.

A Courtesy Appointment reminder text/email is sent out as a reminder 72 hours before to confirm your services prior to your appointment date as well as a 24 hour notice call/text if not confirmed.

This policy is to confirm Your commitment to attending Your scheduled appointment & to protect Luna Moth Eclipse Pty Ltd’s interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.

Thank you for being a valued client and for Your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open unused appointments to serve the needs of other clients wishing to book.

We understand that You may need to alter your booking, and we kindly request that You provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow us enough time to see if we can accommodate. This includes adding or removing services from your appointment.

I am not a medical practitioner or health professional, and I do not give medical advice, treatment or diagnoses. You acknowledge and agree that the consultations, services and product recommendations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our products and services for your circumstances, and your reliance on our recommendations is at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that nothing in the consultation, on our Site, our Social Media platforms, or products provided may be taken to be medical advice, treatment or a diagnosis by us, nor are they intended to be a substitute for consulting a medical practitioner. If you have any health or medical issues or concerns, you agree to speak with an appropriately qualified medical professional prior to participating in a consultation or treatment with us.
Disclosure
We may cancel your appointment at any time before or during delivery and for whatever reason.
We will have no liability for any Third Party Software, or any unavailability of or delay in providing a consultation or treatment due to a failure of Third Party Software, or any liability caused or contributed to by information you provide to us in connection with these Terms.

Our liability under these terms is limited to the price paid by you for the products the subject of the relevant claim, and we will not be liable for consequential loss. We will have no liability for loss of, or damage to, the products, any injury or loss to any person, failure or delay in providing the products or a breach of any law, where such loss was caused or contributed to by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control or act or omission of you or your related parties.

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated terms on our Site. Nothing in these terms limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any information you provide to us will be treated with the utmost privacy. In return, you agree that any information you provide to us in relation to, as well as before, during and after your booking, is true, correct and complete. Despite anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for, and you waive and release us from and against any liability caused or contributed to by, arising from or connected with any information you provide to us in accordance with this clause.
